Shipping policy

At Mytamariki, we want your order to arrive smoothly and on time. Below are our exact processing and delivery timeframes for New Zealand customers.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to New Zealand addresses.

Order Processing Time

1–3 business days

This is the time we need to confirm your order, complete quality checks, and pack your items before dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding NZ public holidays).

If you need to update your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible at support@mytamariki.nz. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change it.

Delivery Time (New Zealand)

7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are counted from the day your parcel is shipped (not the day you place the order).

Please note:

  • Rural delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days
  • During peak periods (e.g., major sales, holidays) or unexpected courier disruptions, deliveries may take longer than the timeframe above

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you your tracking details (when available) so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Delivery Issues or Damaged Items

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mytamariki.nz with:

  • Your order number
  • Your delivery address
  • Photos (if damaged)

We’ll work with you to sort it out as quickly as possible.
